The Institute of Managers and Leaders (IML) is a non-profit Membership organisation with more than 11,000 Members. For 76 years they have been supporting professionals on their leadership journey in keeping with their vision – “Creating better managers and leaders for a better society”.

David chats with Julian about his journey through various leadership roles, and the experiences and people that have shaped him to become the leader he is today.

David also discusses the history of IML - previously known as the Australian Institute of Management (AIM), and the recent changes that the organisation has gone through. David discusses the importance of continuing development and how the Chartered Manager designation can support and enhance the Leader's journey.
