St Vincent’s Health Australia has been providing health care in Australia for 160 years, and today is the nation’s largest not-for-profit health and aged care provider with an annual turnover of around 2.4 billion dollars, and approximately 24,000 employees.

Toby is extremely honest and humble about his role as group CEO and the responsibilities that brings.  He talks candidly about many aspects of leading such a large organisation including topics such as the financial responsibility, as well as the importance of purpose, and understanding what your purpose is as a leader.
